Dinner Rush

Gaining global popularity, the pop-up restaurant trend has finally made its way to the Tel Aviv food empire for six weeks

10 בנובמבר 2014

November 17 will bring the launch of Tel Aviv pop-up restaurant experience Dinner Rush, running six weeks long and involving six different restaurant concepts. Each week will offer an entirely new restaurant, each with its own unique theme and style of cooking. This vibrant culinary experience offers specially tailored menus to cater to local diners looking for an exceptional experience each week. Along with trendy menus, the restaurants will bring talented chefs along with them from various culinary institutions from across the country.

The pop-up restaurant trend gained popularity globally several years ago, starting in cities such as New York City and spreading its way to Europe. Taking a cue from the fashion world of pop-up shops, pop-up restaurants wandered into the culinary world and established success through short-term availability.
