It’s all part of Round Tables by American Express, a massive new international culinary project bringing together the world’s best chefs and restaurants in one host city, starting with Tel Aviv.
Every Tel Aviv restaurant gets an international sister restaurant, hosting it for an entire week with an evening menu that includes a tasting menu from the guest establishment, with some added touches inspired by local chefs.
